Special Note: From 10 November 2025, external maintenance works will commence on the building. While your balcony will remain fully accessible throughout your stay, scaffolding will be installed on neighbouring units and in the common open area facing Ocean Street. This means a portion of your outlook may be obstructed, and some construction noise is expected during the project period. The works are anticipated to run for approximately 20 weeks, subject to weather conditions and any approved extensions. Please note: Rates have been adjusted to reflect the temporary impact on the view during this time.
Important Notes: Please note that starting February 5, 2026, scheduled work will take place on the façade soffits. The construction will run for approximately five and a half weeks, from February 5 to March 15, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
