    Property Assessment

    Book a call or contact us for Short-Term property management. We will assess your property’s potential and provide a custom appraisal within the following 24 hours that includes grounded projections and market analysis – all informed by your goals and what you want to get out of your property. From there, all you need to do is sign up and we start working for you!

    Onboarding & Listing Creation

    Once you’ve signed up, we’ll introduce you to your Account Manager – your personal contact at AirKeeper who will manage everything to do with your property. We’ll organise professional photography and handle all advertising, including creating eye-catching listings on all major platforms. Listings will generally go online within 7-10 days of signing up.

We handle all aspects of managing your property on the short-term rental market, but we understand it can be a daunting prospect – for ease of mind, we’ve compiled and answered some of our most frequently asked questions below:
Are there any upfront cost?

The initial cleaning and compliance charges are billed to the property owners before the commencement of our services. A customised quote will be furnished by our sales agent based on the size and specific requirements of your property.

Are there any additional costs?
The only extra cost is the initial bed set up and/or clean. Prices start at $69 dollars and increase depending on the number of bedrooms.
How am I charged for all services?

We deduct all fees from the rental income received, except for the initial setup charges (first clean and compliance).

Who pays for council rates/strata and repairs?

You pay but we happily take this over for you and arrange all payments to be deducted from the rental income received.

How do you know what price to charge for my property?
We carefully analyse the pricing of your property and its location, and cross-reference it with other similar listings in the area to establish a benchmark. We also take into account the seasonality and duration of availability.

From there, informed by years of expertise in the local market and AirKeeper’s proprietary technology, we dynamically adjust pricing through the course of advertising your property to maximise your returns
When will I get paid?
Payment for your rental earnings will be paid on a weekly schedule.
