Budgie, as known by the locals, reflects a bygone era of a sleepy coastal town from the 1980s. It offers all the amenities without the crowds, just 15 minutes to The Entrance, the M1, and Lake Haven shops, along with a great community spirit and friendly locals.

The beach is pristine with many dolphin sightings, and heading up to Norah Head lighthouse offers amazing whale watching opportunities. There is also a beautiful sealed walkway along the lake.

The house has 4 large bedrooms. It has all the feels of a – new home’ and no expense has been spared with high end finishes and appliances throughout. The 3 bathrooms with heated flooring are straight from 5 star resorts.

The kitchen, living areas, extra wide verandah and bedrooms all capture the expansive faultless views north over Lake Munmorah and east over the Pacific Ocean and Norah head lighthouse.

The beach house is perfected with the addition of the table tennis table downstairs.

There is so much to discover and explore with endless lakeside and coastal bike and footpaths, easy access to Budgewoi beach and a short drive to Norah head and Soldiers beach. Explore the rock pools at Norah head, bushwalk in Lake Munmorah national park, bike ride, swim, fish, surf, or kayak or stay put, relax and unwind on the wonderful expansive verandah taking in the serenity and beauty of the district.

Dining options are plentiful or stay home and cook up favourite delicacies on the new Webber bbq and Miele kitchen appliances.

Longer term leases are very welcome (happy to negotiate pricing) to accommodate working from home/ homeschooling. The house has a spacious study, a built in study desk in one bedroom and 2 other bedrooms could easily accommodate desk space. The expansive verandah would also be a perfect workspace.

Come, relax, enjoy, and explore the beautiful lakes and beaches of Budgewoi.

The house has 3 large bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and three singles). With enough space for the whole family, you’ll love the studio/games room, which is perfect for getting competitive in Foosball or at the mini pool table. This granny flat is also equipped with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hand basin.

Should you wish to stay indoors, home entertainment stretches far with three TVs and access to Netflix, Prime, Stan, and other streaming accounts.

Dining options are plentiful, or you can stay home and cook up favorite delicacies on the new BBQ or indoors using high-end kitchen appliances. Enjoy all your family meals on the outdoor seating, watching the world go by.

After lunch, why not take a splash? Provided is one adult kayak and one child kayak, both with life jackets. Please always be safe around bodies of water and ensure children and all swimmers are supervised while in or around the water.

Complete the perfect day with a relaxing cozy fire and toast some marshmallows. The firepit is located in the storage shed with the kayaks. Firewood is available at the United Service Station at the Budgewoi shops. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
