Based on the Sunshine Coast, Nicolle thrives in the fast-moving world of short-term rentals. She loves creating warm, welcoming spaces and helping property owners unlock the full potential of their homes. Her attention to detail and creative flair shine through in every project she takes on.

Outside of work, Nicolle enjoys exploring the Sunshine Coast beaches with her partner and two sons. She’s currently working on her second home renovation—bringing her strong design sense to life one room at a time.
If you could live anywhere in the world for six months, where would it be and why?
Verbier, Switzerland! It’s a stunning alpine village known for its world-class skiing, breathtaking scenery, and vibrant après-ski culture. Spending a season there would be the perfect mix of adventure, European charm, and mountain lifestyle—all while soaking up a new culture

I love the blend of hospitality and property—it’s fast-paced, personal, and always evolving. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping a guest have a fantastic stay or assisting an owner in transforming their property into a top-performing short-term rental.
Whatu2019s one tip youu2019d give to someone looking to list their property as a short-term rental?
Presentation is everything. A beautifully styled space with thoughtful touches goes a long way. Pay attention to layout, lighting, and comfort—especially the beds! Guests remember how a place feels, and that’s what brings them back.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, you’ll find me with my family at the beach, on a weekend adventure, or deep into a home renovation project. I love working on design ideas and turning a vision into a functional, beautiful space.
