If you could live anywhere in the world for six months, where would it be and why?
It would have to be Spain! The food, culture and vibe of the country was amazing, and I would love to love somewhere always warm, and where the water is always sparkling!
What’s your favourite part of working in the short-term rental industry?
I love how each day is soemthing new and each weekend offers a differnt set of challenges and wins! The pace is fast moving which keeps things fresh, and making sure every guest has an amazing experience, and hearing the amazing expereinces our guests is something I love about the industry and in partiular AirKeeper.
What’s one tip you’d give to someone looking to list their property as a short-term rental?
Make sure you undestand the needs of the property and the people. As I am more guest centric I see more of the other side of the coin, and using your property for rental is amazing, but having proper expectations over the issues that could come up is very important for having your property desirable to all guests.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Golf! I have played since I was 11 years old and it is one of my favourte things to do (scratch handicap all the way!). I am also an avid reader and love to quilt (what can I say I am an old soul). I also have my furbaby Phoebe, who is the best cat in the world and I love spoiling her!
