The ultimate operations leader, blending strategic smarts with down-to-earth know-how to keep everything running like clockwork, Jen brings over 12 years of real estate experience, specialising in both short and long-term rentals – she’s mastered every aspect of the business from A to Z.

Jen’s career journey began flipping dough at Domino’s Pizza (she still makes a mean supreme, by the way) before climbing the ranks in various hospitality roles cementing over 15 years of experience in high-end hotel management. It was in real estate where she truly found her stride in 2013 building a small family run short-term rental agency into a powerhouse of quality service overseeing a team managing 300+ properties. From her early hospo years to her current role,, Jen has developed a remarkable operational skill set and leadership style that’s been recognised industry-wide – most notably when she was awarded Property Manager of the Year by ASTRA in 2022.
As Head of State for NSW & ACT at Airkeeper, Jen leads with heart, precision, and a whole lot of know-how. She oversees all things operations from guest and client relations to the performance of the reservations team and field crews like cleaners and handymen, making sure everything runs smoother than her favourite sushi roll. With Jen at the helm, every part of the Airkeeper experience is designed to exceed expectations.

Off the clock, you’ll find her adventuring with her two soccer-mad boys, exploring the country in the family caravan, or perfecting her next batch of baked treats.
If you could live anywhere in the world for six months, where would it be and why?
Fiji — not just for its stunning beaches and breathtaking scenery, but more importantly for its beautiful people and rich, welcoming culture. The warmth, kindness, and spirit of the Fijian community make it a destination that stays with you long after you leave
What’s your favourite part of working in the short-term rental industry?
Without a doubt it’s the numerous & various challenges that constantly stretch my skill set—no two days are the same, and I truly believe that if you’re not learning, you’re not living. I love the fast-paced, people-focused nature of this industry, which gives me the chance to mentor and coach colleagues, helping them grow both personally and professionally.

What’s one tip you’d give to someone looking to list their property as a short-term rental?
Be prepared! Don’t cut corners on design and styling—first impressions matter. It’s important to remove emotional attachment to the property and remember that guests will use this space as their home away from home, so finding the right balance of practicality, comfort and style is key. Respect the ups and downs, the ebbs and flows of the market, and most importantly, trust in your experienced property manager to guide you through the journey.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love re-designing and renovating my home, spending time gardening, and cooking with my kids. I also enjoy trivia nights with my social circle and fun Saturday nights out with the girls – wining, dining, and the occasional karaoke session. But mostly, I cherish cuddling up with my boys for movie marathons, complete with plenty of sweet treats.
