Always busy, no two days are ever the same, and there is always something happening.
What’s one tip you’d give to someone looking to list their property as a short-term rental?
Give it 12 months before deciding whether short-term letting is the right fit for you. Results are not always instant and can vary depending on factors such as the location of your property, seasonality, and market demand.
