Located in the peaceful coastal town of Long Beach, this welcoming short term rental is perfectly suited for relaxed family getaways and easy coastal living. Just moments from the shoreline, it offers a laid back setting where beach walks, fresh air, and slow mornings come naturally.

Designed with comfort and entertainment in mind, the home features multiple living zones so guests can spread out and unwind. Enjoy movie nights on the 65 inch TV with soundbar in the lounge, another 65 inch TV in the rumpus room complete with Wii and games, or relax privately in the main bedroom with its own 43 inch TV.

For those needing to balance work and travel, a dedicated workspace includes a 32 inch monitor and Apple TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays easy, featuring a large air fryer, Nespresso machine, quality cookware, and thoughtful family friendly inclusions such as kids utensils, a high chair, portacot, and safety gates.

With a full laundry setup including washer, dryer, vacuum, iron, and spot cleaner, the home is well prepared for extended stays. Small dogs are welcome, with pet bowls provided, and a Type 2 EV charger adds extra convenience. Spacious, practical, and thoughtfully equipped, this is a comfortable coastal base designed for effortless short term stays.

Important Note: This is a multi-storey home with three internal stairwells. Due to the number of stairs throughout the property, it may not be suited for mobility challenged parties. The property is located at the end of a long, steep driveway leading up from the road. Upon arrival, the front door is located to the right of the roller door.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.

  • Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance. Access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. If the name provided does not match the name on the ID and card details, the booking will be cancelled and any funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.

    Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.

    Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

    Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

    Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

    Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.
