Melbourne's internationally famous Route 96 tram is 2 mins from your doorstep. Hop on board and visit the Princess Theatre, jump off at Bourke Street for some retail therapy in the CBD or skip the lot and stay on for the ride to St Kilda beach. Nearby Lygon Street is definitely worth the short walk for a range of bars and restaurants (Etta, Old Palm Liquor, Bluebonnet BBQ and Bar Idda just to name a few). Alternatively, the corner bus stop will take you to the popular Sydney Road for more bars and cafes and a diverse range of dining options.
