Our pool is maintained to the highest standards with professional-grade cleaning equipment working throughout your stay. An automated surface skimmer continuously removes leaves and debris from the water's surface, while a robotic pool cleaner keeps the floor spotless, ensuring crystal-clear water at all times. We also provide commercial leaf blower/vacuum equipment for the pool deck area, so you can quickly tidy up the surrounding space if needed and enjoy a pristine poolside experience from arrival to departure.
This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply.
Access is provided via either a smart lock or a secure lockbox located on-site.
Private pools are professionally maintained only from the September to Easter school holidays. Outside this period, use is at guests’ risk, with minimal maintenance; leaves or debris may accumulate, and light upkeep may be needed. Sunscreen or tanning products can affect water quality, and neither the owner nor AirKeeper is liable.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.
