Property Assessment
Book a call or contact us for Airbnb property management. We will assess your property’s potential and provide a custom appraisal within the following 24 hours that includes grounded projections and market analysis – all informed by your goals and what you want to get out of your property. From there, all you need to do is sign up and we start working for you!

Onboarding & Listing Creation
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll meet your Area Manager – your personal contact at AirKeeper who will manage everything to do with your property. We’ll meet you for a property inspection, organise professional photography and styling, and handle all advertising, including creating eye-catching listings on all major platforms. Listings will generally go online within 7 -10 days of signing up.
