    “The renovation and redecoration of Alfred’s House,  for use by members of the Club and affiliated clubs is a wonderful addition to the facilities offered by our Club.

    As an Absentee Member residing in Queensland my use of the Club is very infrequent. When I learned of the availability of Alfreds House for rent I jumped at the chance to experience the joys of living on Pittwater. I knew that my wife Helene and myself were to be the first tenants and it was with a little trepidation that we walked into the house on our first day. We were wonderfully surprised by the décor, the ambience and the excellent standard of the accommodation. The many photographs of the Club and grounds in previous decades were a joy, as were the furnishings and fit out. It surpassed our highest expectations so much so that after just one night we extended our stay for a further five days and have re-booked for next year.

    What a joy it was to walk out onto the lawn fronting Pittwater, descend the three or four steps and step onto the sandy beach and a swim. Our stay was further enhanced by the fact that the Club was just a short walk away so coffees and lunches in Halyards were an easy option with wonderful food. I towed my RIB down from Queensland which enabled us to enjoy Pittwater and Broken Bay. We certainly re-lived many old memories!! Thank you”

    Cancellation Policy
    We understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible. Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights once the stay has begun.
    Payment Policy
    A 10% deposit of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking if the scheduled arrival date is more than 21 days away. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to arrival. For all reservations made within 21 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Timely payment is essential to confirm and secure the reservation. Failure to complete payment by the specified deadlines may result in cancellation, subject to the property’s cancellation policy.
