Any on-site building staff, including concierge or security personnel, do not work for AirKeeper and cannot assist with check-ins, keys, access issues, or guest enquiries. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.
