If you could live anywhere in the world for six months, where would it be and why?
I’d choose Italy, probably somewhere along the Amalfi Coast or in Tuscany. I love the lifestyle, food, culture and slower pace of living. It would also be amazing to experience day to day life there rather than just visiting as a tourist.
What’s your favourite part of working in the short-term rental industry?
My favourite part is that no two days are ever the same. I enjoy helping create great experiences for guests while also assisting owners in getting the most out of their properties. It’s rewarding seeing a property perform well and knowing you played a part in that success.
What’s one tip you’d give to someone looking to list their property as a short-term rental?
Focus on presentation and guest experience from the beginning. Professional photos and thoughtful touches can make a huge difference in reviews and repeat bookings. Creating a space that feels comfortable and welcoming, like a home away from home is what guests remember most.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, trying new cafes and restaurants around Melbourne, travelling when I can and going camping. I also enjoy relaxing with a good series and getting outdoors on weekends.
