As Head of State for Victoria, she oversees AirKeeper’s Victorian operations, supports local property management teams, and works closely with owners to drive strong property performance. Eliza is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients unlock the full potential of their properties.
If you could live anywhere in the world for six months, where would it be and why?
I would choose Sanur in Bali. I love the relaxed lifestyle, beautiful beaches, warm weather and the ability to walk everywhere. It offers the perfect balance of tranquillity, great food and a strong sense of community.
What’s your favourite part of working in the short-term rental industry?
My favourite part is that no two days are ever the same. I enjoy helping owners achieve great results from their properties while creating memorable experiences for guests. It’s incredibly rewarding to see a property transformed into a successful short term rental.
What’s one tip you’d give to someone looking to list their property as a short-term rental?
Invest in presentation from the start!!!! High quality photography, comfortable furnishings and thoughtful styling can make a huge difference to guest experience, reviews and ultimately the property’s performance.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I have four children and a large extended family, so outside of work I spend most of my time with them and love every minute of it. I also enjoy travelling, discovering new places, spending time by the beach and catching up with family and friends whenever I can.
