This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply.
Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incure additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.
Pets: Dogs are only permitted at our designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved in writing prior to your stay. If evidence of an unapproved pet is found, charges will apply for steam-cleaning carpets, furniture, and any additional cleaning required.
Note: This property is dog-friendly, however the yard is not fully fenced, so dogs must be supervised while outside. The deck area is secure and suitable for pets, and puppies can be safely left there during outings. Please note that the driveway side has been partially dog-proofed but may still have areas that are not completely secure for dogs that are prone to jumping or exploring.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
