Be responsive
Write a response to every message you get from Airbnb guests. Direct messages as well as your reviews. You need to have a response rate of at least 90% to become an Airbnb Superhost. Besides that, be quick with responding to questions of guests. The longer you wait, the more time they have to search for other stays.
Do not cancel bookings
To become an Airbnb Superhost it is very important that you don’t cancel any of your bookings. Except for those that fall under the extenuating circumstances. The cancellation rate can’t be higher than 1%.
Receive high ratings
Your overall rating needs to be at least a 4,8 stars. Make your guests happy and help them whenever they need it. Always be there for your guest and be open when they give you feedback. Listen to them and their complains and act accordingly. This will increase your chance of getting high ratings and good reviews.
