For guests intending to travel by car, there is secure parking on the premises. For those who prefer public transport, there are several bus stops littered around town. However, we do recommend having access to a vehicle for your convenience.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Birubi Beach acts as an access point to the Worimi Conservation Lands for those with 4-wheel drive vehicles with a WCL beach vehicle permit. This permit can be acquired from several locations, with more information available on the official Worimi Conservation Lands website.
