Rye is well-connected by road, making it easily accessible by car via the Mornington Peninsula Freeway (M11), which provides a direct route to Melbourne in approximately 1.5 hours. Public transport options include V/Line and Metropolitan trains from Melbourne to Frankston Station, where you can transfer to a Route 788 bus that runs along the Mornington Peninsula, stopping in Rye. Rideshare services and taxis are also available for local travel. For a scenic option, take the Searoad Ferry from Sorrento to Queenscliff, offering a unique way to explore both sides of the bay.

Reserve: To access the reserve, just walk diagonally left across the road from the property. The entry point is slightly hidden among the trees, right there.
Woodfire: Please note it will be the guest's responsibility to supply firewood and ensure the fireplace is cleaned after use. Kindling is available outside the master bedroom, through the gate on the deck near the bedroom.
Cottage: There is a cottage at the back of the property. This will NOT be occupied during guests' stays.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travellers under the age of 23 who are travelling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
