The Space

This architecturally significant home redefines compact luxury. Designed by Dominic Alvaro, every inch of this five-storey concrete tower is carefully considered to maximise light, privacy, and functionality. With floor-to-ceiling windows, sleek interiors, and minimalist detailing, the home feels spacious, bright, and tranquil despite its small footprint.

Inside, you’ll find a stylish open-plan living area, a modern kitchen, a serene bedroom with city glimpses, and a beautifully crafted bathroom.
